Small Group CBS offers open enrollment groups to anyone who is interested in joining a small group but is not connected to a group leader. We recommend you create an account in our online platform before you enroll in a course. To join an open enrollment group:
1.) In your web browser, go to https://us.communitybiblestudy.org/join-a-group/.
2.) Select a course from the ‘Course’ dropdown to show open groups for that course. You can also filter by meeting format, group type, meeting day, and meeting time.
3.) Click ‘Full Details’ for the group you are interested in joining to view the meeting details for the group.
4.) Click the link under About our Group to go the enrollment page for the course.
5.) The course enrollment page contains additional information about the course. When you are ready to enroll, Click Enroll in Course
6.) If you haven’t already, log-in to your account.
7.) Fill in the contact information on the contact form.
8.) Under the ‘Choose your group’ dropdown, select the name of the group leader for the group you would like to join. Then, click continue.
Note: If you do not see the group leaders name for the group you want to join listed under the ‘Choose your group’ dropdown, please select ‘I received a personal invite link through my email’ and email Ans[email protected] with the name of your group leader.
9.) You will see a confirmation message that you have successfully enrolled in the course with a link to pay your course fee. Once you have been added to your group, you will be able to access your course by clicking ‘My courses’ from the menu at the top of the page.
Note: Once you have enrolled in the course, an administrator will have to manually add you to your group. This means there may be a delay between when you enroll in the course and when you are able to access your course homepage. If after a couple days you are still not able to access your course, please contact [email protected].
