Registration Overview

You’ll need to set up your Registration Options and create a Main Class Location.

We’ve built detailed training articles on how to manage your Locations and Registrations.

You will need to follow these steps to set up Registration.

In Registration Options choose FISHER to allow current members to register online in FISHER.

Choose Class Website to allow existing and new members to register online from your class website.

Then, in Locations, be sure to select Open to open Online Registration for the selected Location.

Managing Registrations

Managing Registrations with One-Step Turned On

Participants will be able to pay at the time of registering.

There will be no Wait List. Registration Orders will automatically be Accepted and Committed to the Current Roster.

Participant profiles will be automatically moved into People instead of being put in the Wait List (current year registrations).

For upcoming year registrations, Participant profiles will move moved into People during Archiving (around June/July).

Managing Registration with One-Step Turned OFF

The class will have a Wait List where Registration Orders will remain until they are Accepted.

Once a Registration Order is Accepted or Declined on the Wait List, the Registration Order will move to the Staging Area.

Registration Orders will remain in the Staging Area until you click Commit to the Current Roster.

Once committed, all the Registration Orders in the Staging Area will move into Completed Orders and the Participants will show up in People (current year registrations).

For upcoming year registrations, Participant profiles will move moved into People during Archiving (around June/July).

All Registration Orders will have to be manually accepted and added to the class by the class leaders.

Once a Registration Order is committed to the roster, the following day they will receive an email letting them know that will also include the information they need to pay for the class.

How Participants Can Register Themselves

Photo Permissions Information

The Permission to be Photographed and Video-Recorded is included in the registration process. Online and paper registration options include a consent and include an “opt-out” for each adult and child who registers. There is no longer a Photograph Permission form.

If a participant would like to change their Photo Permission response for themselves or a child, that participant would need to request the change themselves by emailing [email protected]
